Preemptive Threat
Jesus told his disciples the world would know they were his if they loved one another. Regardless of faith or core beliefs, this is the social contract that allows us to live closely with others and provide mutual security – the reason we don’t all spread out and live miles from neighbors. That is, the golden rule is the glue of societies everywhere.
In the spirit of the golden rule we make and support additional rules that help us define how we best express brotherly love or transgress it. We define the unloving behaviors that are unacceptable within the social contract.
If I deprive you of property, liberty or life, I have voided our social contract. I have created a state of war, under natural law, which is jungle law or survival of the fittest. I am not only in a state of war with you, all social laws suspended, I am at war with all those with whom you remain in social contract – typically family, friends and neighbors. All of you are fair game for my subsequent attacks, be it theft, confinement or murder.
But what if I only threaten your life, liberty or property in some clear and unmistakable way? Then I have created the same war condition and removed us both from the social contract. We are at war, hot or cold. That is, whether or not I act on my threat I have attacked you preemptively.

Harry Potter’s Grave Attracts Tourists
Potter lovers from all over the world found one more “object of worship”, that is already very popular. It’s possible to see the grave of real Harry Potter, who died 68 years ago, at the cemetery of Israeli town Ramleh.
Harry, buried on Israeli ground is not a prototype of the world-known boy with a scar on his forehead – this is just a coincidence, that, though, makes all admirers of Joanne Rowling’s creative work extremely happy. Potter buried in the war cemetery is a young soldier, who died in the age of 19 years and 10 months. According to the inscription on the gravestone he died executing a mission in Hebron in 1939.
The real Harry Potter, who served in The First Woostershire battalion that was sent to Palestine in order to settle Arabic-Jewish conflict, was a soldier of King George VI. The regiment did have a difficult mission and the life of young Harry Potter ended on the 22nd of July 1939 in the course of a skirmish in the Hebron’s suburb on the western coast of Jordan River.

Summary of World Trade News
Once again, it’s that time of the week to catch up on the latest happenings in the world of international trade. To start off this week’s world trade news round up, Proctor and Gamble recently announced that they will cut down jobs that cover technical posts.
About 300 scientists and researchers are expected to be let go from the multimillion pharmaceutical company’s payroll. The research center located in Ohio will be the most affected by Proctor and Gamble’s decision. The downsizing will also affect employees in London, Toronto and New York.
According to Tom Milkin, the spokesperson for Proctor and Gamble, the decision was not influenced by the desire to cut back on company cost. He said that the company’s move to let their employees go is a business strategy. Milkin added that despite the numerous job losses, this decision will benefit domestic research companies.
Job cuts aren’t the only decisions that the company has made this month. Proctor and Gamble recently signed a contract with Nastech to sell Nastach’s nasal spray that promises to cure osteoporosis. Aside from the expansion of Nastach’s nasal spray, Proctor and Gamble is said to give more focus in developing pharmaceutical products for women, muscular-skeletal problems and gastro-intestinal medicine.
